The concept of the league began being explored no later than March 2022. The league was perhaps technically established on March 19, 2022 with the purchase of the first website URL. Since that time work to bring the league to life has continued and does to this day. In April of 2023 work on the league logo started and was finished in May 2023. Play is hoped to begin as early as the 2024 season. The plan is to have a short first season. Then in following years expand the season as the footprint of the league grows.
